  If you're looking for a pro gym to help you prepare for your next title bout, keep looking. But if you want a great workout based on the sweet science of boxing, this is the place! Terry has a talent for teaching boxing to anyone, including a guy with two left feet, like me. His training style is fun and friendly, but he's also serious about making sure that I learn good technique. The usual one-hour training session hits the core skills and all of the equipment: first, a warm up with the trampoline or jump rope; then, shadow-boxing; then, on to the focus pads, heavy bag, double-end bag and speed bag. Once a week, we'll actually step into the ring for 5-6 rounds of instructional sparring! The bottom line: all this punching has helped me lose 25 pounds in about 4 months. I am in better shape at 45 years old than I was at 25. The best part is that it's really a lot of fun! Thanks, Terry. See you in the ring!
