  It was a fun place to take the kids and have a good time, food was awesome but a little pricey. All in all though it's a great place, staff is friendly and attentive. We'll be going back...

  My company wanted to reserve a lane for a weekday at 2PM to celebrate a company milestone. We are a team of 6 and they told us we definitely had to make a reservation for an "event" and a sales person sent us a proposal that amounted to hundreds of dollars.. just under $800 to be exact. All we wanted to do was get a lane for an hour on a weekday. Then I received the below response after I had only had 2 business days to review the proposal and talk with my team. We felt it was so rude and aggressive, we will never go to Bowlmor when there are so many better low key, fun, reasonably priced places in the city with great service. What a nasty and unpleasant experience. The sales person called me 3 times and emailed me 3 times before I even had a chance to review. "I’m sure by now you have had an opportunity to review the requested contract. The purpose of my email is to remind you that it is essential for you to return the signed contract along with the required deposit so I may definitely lock in that date for you. Once again, we at Bowlero Corp appreciate the opportunity to host your upcoming event. We hope to hear from you soon but if for some reason we do not hear from you within the next 24 hours, we will be forced to remove your tentative date as we need to allow others to reserve it."

  Not a bad place for bowling. If you're looking for anything else to do, it's pretty limited here. There are tons of bowling lanes on both sides of the place and you can reserve lanes for private parties. Private parties can have an assortment of food served right behind your lane. They'll even have a name in light up characters on the table so it's easy to spot. There are a few arcade games, 15min laser tag, two air hockey tables, a bar with seating area, and multiple bathroom stalls. You don't need to bowl here to enjoy the laser tag or anything else. The food isn't too bad either. If I enjoyed bowling I'd come back here a few times.

  The bowling is good like at a lot of places. The problem is that because it is at Chelsea piers the parking comes at a very high price. If you can find parking than it is a good place to go. They have laser tag (always fun) but if you have kids they'll want to go to the arcade (which has very high prices).

  The wait was almost an hour or so but worth it. The place has nice ambience with pretty lighting and welcomes family crowds with kids to enjoy. One of the few places in NYC where kids are welcome. They serve alcohol and snacks as well, good for office parties or in general any parties. Has some arcade games as well. There is a $5 fee for renting their shoes and u cannot not rent them no matter whatever shoes u are wearing. Sunday evenings are the cheapest as they have different prices on different days of the week.
