  Fabulous mainstay of eastern market. My wife has been a loyal and very happy customer for more than 20 years. They are generous with samples and enjoy educating customers and passers by. Prices are reasonable.

  I've been coming here ever since I have been a little girl, and every time I leave I always walk out with a smile and a bagful of delicious cheeses! The workers are extremely friendly and helpful. If you have a question about what cheese to cook with or pair with a certain wine, they will know it. There are tons of selections to choose from, and can even ask them to preorder cheeses for you. If you stop by the Eastern Market, I would highly suggest stopping by Bower's Fancy Dairy to at least try a sample of their cheeses.

  Excellent! I asked for a stinky cheese to eat with some flavorful beer and the helpful and friendly cheesemongers came up with something extremely pungent and delicious!
