  Had the mount on a Snark tuner I bought there break the day after I bought it. I didn't have a receipt, but they took it back and were very nice about making it right. They didn't have any other Snarks, and I needed some strings anyway, so I exchanged for a couple of packs of strings and some picks to make up the difference. They were a pleasure to deal with. I went in expecting a fight since I didn't have my receipt, but got zero pushback.

  Excellent store, the staff was knowledgeable and willing to work with me to get the guitar I purchased back to Texas. They carry good equipment and have a good used selection

  The staff is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to guitars. They did some work on one of my Les Paul's and it now plays better than the day I got it. They always have a cool selection of the newest guitars on the market.

  I had a great experience dealing w/Boutique Guitar Exchange. Very courteous Customer Service. Matt helped me construct the perfect Tyler Guitar. Very knowledgeable... he made a suggestion w/a Neck+Bridge pick up button that adds another level of versatility to the sound. Highly recommended, I will be shopping w/them again!
