Great atmosphere. I had a dinner salad that acted like a side salad. Not enough of any of the ingredients to make it worthy of a dinner salad. The grape vinaigrette was the perfect mix of sweet and vinegar.

Service was a little slow in regards to the beers. However the food came fast once we were able to order. Great food. Good atmosphere

If you’re looking for a no frills place to grab some grub and chill, this is the place. The food and service were exceptional. I found myself in Tempe during lunch time and wanted to try out something a little different. Read some of the reviews and saw the few images there were. None of them can do this place justice. I had a great time! What an amazing find! It was surprisingly larger inside than anticipated. It has an old cowboy bar feel with a little of that special “dive bar” feel. The type of dive that shows this place has been shown love. At the point I found myself there (2:15pm) this place was very empty. However that did not spot the staff from being extremely warm and welcoming. I was greeted and helped within the first minute I was there. I had sat at a high top table next to the bar. The woman who helped me was also the bartender. She was amazing. She took my order and delivered it within 10-15 minuets. When asked a few questions about the place (history, clientele and busy times) she was extremely knowledgeable and forthcoming with info. One thing she said that stuck with me was describing Boulders as Tempe’s “Cheers” (late 80s TV Show) where everyone knows your name. I think that is the perfect description. You can tell this the restaurant/bar people want to come back and get to know their neighbors. I will definitely come back.

This place is awesome. Not your typical burger joint. When you go into a restaurant like this, you would expect to see your typical female server waiting tables, but not here. The servers are mostly dudes that look like they spend most of their time away from work hiking and rock climbing. Love it! The burgers are great, and the waffle fries are the best I have ever had.

I was totally surprised but what I saw inside didn't think that it was what it was I love the multi layers and all the stone and woodwork. The pictures that are taken of the restroom is just a heads up, because you go into the bathroom that only has a toilet looks like a closet and then on the door of course as you can see in my photo, it says "employees must wash hands," and that goes for everybody, not just employees!!!! But then you turn right and head towards the sinks to wash your hands, and then there is also a diaper changing area for your convenience as well. They also have rooms that you can reserve for two I think 25 people at least and have private party area there if you'd like which is very nice. Can't wait to come back again.
