  Best yoga studio in Boston. Clean, gorgeous, and Alena is a sweetheart! She cares about her students getting the most out of her class. I recommend to everyone! All levels of practice.

  Alena's yoga studio is the best. ever. I love hip hop yoga. The fact that she does cupping in downtown Boston as well is amazing. Her studio is super clean, comfortable, and not to mention absolutely beautiful. The windows open in the summer and provide an amazing amount of sunshine. Her yoga playlists are the best and Alena truly cares about treating yourself with love and respect. All around best yoga studio in Boston.
