  The place itself is so centrally located. Decorations and style is beautiful. From the bellman to the night auditor all extremely friendly. Bed and amenities were perfect

  Really enjoyed my stay here. Great location right on the water and a short walk away from tons of great places including Little Italy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms look nice and comfy, have large flat-screen TVs, and weren't noisy.

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Location of this Marriott was perfect for our visit. The best sightseeing trolley departed right next to this hotel, as well as all of the sightseeing cruises. It is in a very nice area, only a few blocks from the Freedom Trail, and very easy to get to if driving or flying. The rooms were clean and nice as you'd always expect from a Marriott property. Valet was expensive, but worth it considering the non existence of any public parking in Boston. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Boston!

  We called ahead and asked for cots. We were told we could have 2 cots in the room. Called again later and were again assured we could have 2 cots. When we arrive to check in we were told that no cots were allowed. On top of that, the cold water in the rom does not work. No water comes out, only hot water. We were not given another room or ANY compensation for our troubles. We now have to sleep on the floor. I would give zero stars if possible. 600$ room.

  Great hotel. Wonderful location. Fanuel Hall is a stone's throw away. Easy access to Little Italy. The restaurant has amazing lobster rolls!
