  Don’t bother ordering from here unless you want disappointing service and mediocre food. Ordered online for my family only to show up with a dinner missing due to being sold out. This would of not been a problem if I would of received a courtesy call and been able to order something else. The restaurant was under staffed and the 2 employees there were so busy they ignored me while trying to keep up with the busy drive thru. I had to go somewhere else to get dinner I thought was already taken care of. Very terrible experience. Would not recommend or go again.

  Hadn't been to a Boston Market in eons, but they had a sale so I grabbed a couple of rotisseries and some sides and went to chowtown. it was pretty good and for the sale price I was elated.. .the real winner here was the staff. the manager and sales lady were so nice and couldn't have been more accommodating. go check em out if you're in the area and want some baked chicken in your life:-)

  This was a good enough lunch to merit 4 stars. I had the meatloaf bowl with “healthy “ sides. Corn and broccoli. Ahh, but then she asked me if I wanted gravy- of course I didn’t turn it down. Parking is easy. The store is tucked way back in a parking lot near a Home Depot- it’s so far tucked away you could miss it. Probably because of this, the place was almost deserted at 12:30 today The ingredients were fresh but I don’t think they were “never frozen fresh”. The meatloaf was good but the texture was really fine- almost processed in appearance. But it tasted good.

  Went in yesterday evening, were out of a lot of things, guy at the register didn’t record my order right Dias I wanted Nashville hot chicken 1/4 but beefed up with a chicken sandwich, however it was partially corrected because I didn’t get my cornbread… I would pass on the Nashville hot chicken sauce, nothing like the sauce in Nashville, didn’t receive corn bread with my platter or child kids order. A lot of the sodas were not working. Should have just went with my initial instinct and not gone because the lot was completely empty as if they were closed. The lady and taller guy behind the food area were really nice.

  One of the few Boston markets still around. I made an online order and my entire order was ready prior to the time. Don’t forget your coupons when ordering. Located in a major shopping center this location is really clean and the staff is friendly. They do feature a large indoor dining area and a drive through as well. My food was prepared perfectly and 100% accurate. Highly recommend this location as the food is on point and right off the major roads
