  I have had such great interactions with everyone at Boston Louis over the last few years. They are skilled, honest and trustworthy beyond measure. Rarely do you find a business you can describe in the same way. I have been in a few times for watches...I have purchased one for my husband there, they restored and engraved an old watch of my deceased father in law's (gift for my husband when our first son was born) and I have gotten batteries replaced for my watch there. I have a 16 year old ESQ watch that I love and wear everyday. A few years ago, while still living in town, I came in for a new battery. After changing it Ken let me know that he could change out the glass/crystal of the watch face since mine was so severely scratched up--something I didn't even know was an option. For an amazingly reasonable price, my old watch got a literal face lift and looked brand new. I was thrilled. What got me to write in though was today's interaction. A few years ago we moved an hour away. My watch recently stopped working so I brought it to the nearest jewelry store for a new battery. The woman told me that the problem wasnt the battery; they would have to send it back to the maker to have it rebuilt bc it still wasn't working with the new battery--and it would cost $150. I decided to think about it. Knowing I'd be in Pequannock soon visiting my parents, I knew I wanted to bring it to the guys for a second opinion. Well, 3 minutes and $10 later I had a working watch again. I honestly walked in there expecting to leave it with them to send out for repairs! You can have complete confidence in the people here, knowing you are dealing with honest owners and associates, no matter what you come in for.

  I cannot express enough how amazing boston louis jewelrs is! Every step of the way and every problem we encountered; Ken always contacted us and did everything in his power to help! The customer service was outstanding! The selection and establishment is beautiful! BUT most of all I am HUGE on customer service and whether it was through email, phone messages, in person, or a text or simple phone call no matter how small the dilemma you could can count on boston louis to help you're any need!

  Awesome staff. They go above and beyond. Currently having them do an engagement ring for me. I would highly recommend checking them out.
