  I am impressed with the quality of services my mother has received here. She is elderly and the level of respect and professionalism has been extremely impressive. Everyone goes out of there way to be welcoming and explain all proceedures. Terrific place! Highly recommend.

  Great location in the city. Parking and hours of service are fantastic. Long weekend hours and nice team of doctors and lab employees. Clean too!

  Excellent medical services and very helpful staff. Low cost validated parking in their own garage if you need to drive but it is convenient to use public transportation.

  Specifically for the Neurology Department - though it seems that many of the insurance specialists and nurses are shared between departments. Years ago, this was an efficient office. Today if you call, you're lucky not to be on hold for 10+ minutes before being hung up on. The staff is always hurried to speak with you but somehow still run behind on just about every process of intake/process/discharge. If you want your health information to be easily accessible by all of your doctors, stay far away from Harvard Vanguard. You'll be stuck every step of the way.
