  I first worked with Stephanie at Boston Diamond on my "fact finding tour" of jewelers. Stephanie was kind enough to teach me about standards, costs and help make sure I understood what I should expect when buying an engagement ring. After talking to other stores and researching online, it became very clear that the place to go was where I went first. Stephanie and I worked together over the course of about an hour to design the perfect diamond for my Kelly and everyone is very happy with the result. Stephanie and the folks at Boston Diamond helped make what could have been a very stressful experience into a very efficient and happy time. Thank you all!

  I've taken watches a few other places for work in Boston, but I always wind up back here it seems like. The staff is friendly, and takes superb care of whatever watches I've brought in, even if it's an inexpensive quartz watch with sentimental value. Turn around is quick, often within a few hours, and the work is always well done. Prices are very fair.

  Amazing family-owned store with such incredible customer service! They really take their time and go above and beyond to make sure you are very happy with your purchase. My engagement ring is beautiful and so unique! I also have several earrings from the store, couldn't be happier with all the purchases! Highly recommend.

  Just an awesome small business to work with. Helpful and friendly service. There is no pressure to buy, no upsell, only patient explanation of what the different qualities of each piece are. I am going back for all of my jewelry needs and would not hesitate to refer them to friends and family. This is how all small businesses should be!

  We came into Boston to buy a gift for my sisters 50th birthday. We went to our jeweler that we normally go to, and they were closed! This was very disappointing because we had come all the way from New Hampshire specifically to shop for our sisters gift. We saw a nice looking shop and decided to go in. The ladies were so sweet in there. We went in looking for 1 pair of earrings, and ended up buying 6 pairs (2 pairs of gold hoops, a pair of pearl earrings, an emerald and diamond pair, white gold ball earrings, the diamond hoop earrings for our sister). They have a nice selection, and the price was really good! We will definitely be back when we are in need of more jewelry! The ladies that helped us were so friendly, and they went above and beyond for us.
