  Bad customer service. The Senior Counselor has cancelled my appointment twice, when I called them were so rude by the phone. I consider that this company doesn’t care new patients. I’m very disappointed.

  Best name and best prices in the business. I worked with Alex in Miami and he was the man. I thought they would be the most expensive but they were the best deal. Combine that with their work and they’re a no brainer. I think it’s important to note that results take up to a year to show, so be careful with what you hear until those results have shown for over a year. Do your research.

  I had an excellent experience with Bosley. I met with Alex in Miami and opted for an FUT hair transplant by Dr. Burgos. I would highly recommend again.

  I didn't really enjoy my consultation. The guy basically just made me scared about my hairloss and wanted to book me for a procedure right away. It feels like they're working by commission and don't care about the person. I went to see an actual doctor who told me that I didn't need a procedure, but instead gave me meds to regrow since my loss was minimal. See a doctor, I recommend Dr. Jeffrey Epstein. Don't just book here, especially without seeing an actual doctor who specializes in hairloss.
