::I purchased my new set of headphones last week and over a period of 4 days the jack plug starting playing up. The volume would switch from ear to ear etc. I took the headphones in to the store to explain the dilemma. The Sales Specialist - Noelia Patino - took a look at the jack and the said she would check stock to see if she had a replacement. Of course, I started thinking "here we go again, they won’t have a replacement but will mail me one. Noelia came back with a new set of headphones and said that she would exchange the entire package as there wasn't a replacement cord. I was pleasantly surprised with this approach. Thanks for a great customer service experience!

::Nice store for Bose products. However, not cheaper than online or other retailers. A good place to shop/explore but then look for deals online.

::Don't know about the store... But Customer service is great I had a 9.5 year old pair of tri port headphones and I am now sending them in as part of the replacement program. Not bad to get a pair of the new Bluetooth Around the ear for $150 Almost 50% off for sending a decade old pair. Call customer support and they will walk you through the process. ::Small location, but they carry most of the products that you're probably looking for. I was in the market for some earbuds, but hadn't entirely decided on a particular pair. I was helped by a sales associate, who quickly answered a few questions that I had. When I thanked him for his help and informed him that I wanted to continue to look around, he was bold enough to question why I didn't want to make a purchase from him. He continued to lecture me about how a fraction of his paycheck came from commissions. This experience definitely took Bose off the list of companies from which I will make a purchase.
