  I had a plumbing emergency after 11pm on a Saturday night. I called and they miraculously answered. Came over to my apartment after midnight and fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. Amazing!

  Guaranteed me a plumber for 9am 1/19/18. Clogged drains, pretty easy job. I took off from work to be home. I had to call them at 9:30am to find out what was going on. Was finally told by guy on phone that their truck broke down. I asked for a guarantee that they would at least come sometime that day. Nothing. Just apologies. Ball dropped. Yawn. Thanks for nothing guys.

  The company would not send anyone out to assess my issue, but told me that they would not be able to provide me a quote or a ballpark over the phone other than to say it would cost $250/hour for whatever needed to be done, plus materials. The issue likely involves a pretty invasive fix, cutting into walls etc. If they won't look at the problem and give me an idea of what they would need to do, why would I let them go in blind and later bill me for whatever they thought needed to be done? It's not unusual not to be given a quote over the phone, but they also won't come look at the problem before they want me to put down a deposit. I was hopeful after reading their excellent reviews, but didn't understand this approach at all and will obviously not be using their services.

  Having worked with the Boris Mechanical team several times in the recent past, I cannot recommend them highly enough. James, the team manager, is great to work with and his technicians are highly skilled. While competitive in fees, what sets them apart is their customer service and reliability. Outstanding......

  I h ave worked with Boris Mechanical for plumbing a few times and have been extremely pleased. They are very friendly, reasonably priced and send a plumber in a quick timely manner which is always a plus. The team at Boris Mechanical answered all of my questions and provided prompt and courteous fixes. This is on all ends of their business. From requesting a service to billing, their business operations are super, efficient and easy to work with. I highly recommend Boris Mechanical.
