  I purchased a pair of boots and after 2 months the left heel began to squeak with each step. I went back to see if they could fix it, and they gave me the same pair, brand new without any problem. It was by far the easiest return I've ever experienced. Great company.

  Wonderful products. Wierd vibe in store. Employees seemed distracted & not interested in customers at all. Will shop at another location.

  Prices were excellent. Need more color variety. Got a brown pair but was also looking for a black pair but there was none to be found

  Selection was ok, prices were crazy but as expected for the store. Expected a larger variety and more options. Its more of a "fancy" western store then practical items. Ok selection of men's and woman's clothing items and accessories. Did not purchase anything and probably would not go back. Easier to find what you need online in less time, less cost, and less hassle. Overall the store was clean and well kept. Staff seemed to be polite etc.

  Great place to visit. It's spacious, wonderful items and brand names with some great sale prices. Best to go there without twin grandson's that love to dress good and buy "guns and farm equipment"! 😂
