  i had a good business relationship with this company. However, I did find the customer service a little less than optimal, which is why I only gave 4 stars.

  I visited this location to add a hot spot to my plan and I was interrupted by someone and the cashier, Aileen R., began conversing with the person who interrupted my transaction about something irrelevant while I was waiting for Her to continue my order. After I was done with my purchase Aileen began helping a customer and I , as a buying customer, had one last question and She told me to wait because She was handling a customer order. Of course all of them were Mexican and speaking Spanish and in Her eyes I'm black and don't deserve equal service.

  Doesn't honor prices as found on the Boost website. The guy on the phone said "uh our prices just changed" which is hogwash. Make sure you CALL and confirm the prices before wasting your time driving there.

  Took my sister to activate her phone. Had great customer service by my very old friend Paula. Very helpful and friendly staff. DEFINITELY coming back.
