  Horrible customer service... Lady was rude and just kept saying that she has no idea what to do. Freaking dumb. Get people who have been trained to do the job. I have left boost Mobile because of my experience at this location. Also don't call the customer service number, all you get is people who don't speak English or Spanish. Can't believe how bad there service is. Not customer friendly at all
