::I want to give negative 1 star, not that this company would care. I bought a Groupon for 4 shirts in April. Finally had the chance to go in in mid-July. After two weeks, they had my shirts ready, but I was overseas, and didn't get a chance to try them on until early August. The cuffs were too small to fit over my watch (even though I told them during my initial measurement to the left cuff a little bigger for my watch), so they said they'd order new cuffs, and get them done in a couple of weeks. Fast forward two weeks, I hadn't received word from them. So, I called, and eventually got a hold of the new owner of the shop. He said he couldn't find my shirts. Eventually he did, said that he would get it fixed for me, and even give me a free shirt. I thought the situation was worked out on September 1. I heard nothing for 3 weeks. I finally called again last week, and was informed my shirts would be finished by Friday (9/23). It is 9/28, and I've heard nothing. Suffice it to say, I don't even want their shirts anymore; I'd rather get my money, and buy shirts from a retailer at this point. I've never had such a pathetic customer service experience. It does not take 2 1/2 months to get 4 shirts made. It's inexcusable.

::Couldn't recommend them more. They do consistently great work at reasonable prices. I used to take clothes over to my local dry cleaner to get hemmed/altered and I can see a big difference in the stitching quality. They've also helped me with some very last minute modifications and had a dress altered within 24 hours for me to wear at graduation. Great service.

::I have had incredible service here. The prices are reasonable, and the work has always been fast and immaculate. I had a bridesmaid dress taken in here, and it fits me like a glove. Then, on 9 days notice, I had my BRIDAL gown hemmed here, just in time for the wedding. I don't think he normally does bridal work, but he agreed to help me out and did a fantastic job for way less than somewhere else would have charged

::This place is amazing. They custom made my aunts whole bridal parties suits and dresses. It was absolutely fantastic. Very intricate work and beautiful dresses. I felt so fabulous and beautiful. I would definitely come here for my own wedding dress and a flower girl dress for my daughter. I would recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful tailor.

::I don't see why there are so many bad reviews...I was very well taken care of. I needed a suit for a wedding I was attending and I managed to forget my suit back in NY. They fit me in same day. Everything was done in under an hour. I was looking great in my suit that weekend. They were wonderful. I will definitely be heading back when I'm around that area again.
