  I was the general contractor for the Bonanza Springs Resort Homes. I know how these homes were constructed. Bonanza Springs homes where built like I build custom homes, with custom walk-in closets, granite counter tops, and shower enclosures, natural stone travertine floors, and upgraded appliances. These homes have upgraded insulation and thermal protected windows and doors. And the on site video security is state of the art. This would be a fun place for me to live.
