  Good specialty meat market. They don’t have a huge selection, but carry lots of unique items. Shishkabobs and steer on a stick are just like you get at Fiesta. Their spices and rubs are great too. Service is always friendly and helpful. They take advance phone orders too.

  Reminds me of the old time grocery stores which had fresh meat market counter service. The employees are all very kind and so are the owners. Meat cuts are fresh! Jerky is awesome, as well! We will definitely be back to purchase, sausage, and some jerky and steaks!😀

  Great market for steaks and all meat products. Spices, even curing salt in large amounts. Beer, soft drinks, cheeses. Great staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. Recommend.

  This is my go to place for all my meat. I always have a great experience here. They package all my meat the way I want it. Very accommodating and I always have excellent customer service. I appreciate Joe and his team of Butcher's. I will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you Bolners.

  This place was alright very extensive meat option. Peppered bacon is good. I bought some beef jerky and it was all cartilage and it was dry because it was old. This place doesn't get to busy so there isn't a fresh turnover of the amount of meat they produce. It sits in historical building and family run. A favorite establishment to many locals in San Antonio. Maybe I just got a bad batch of beef jerky, very dry, mostly cartilage. 15 bucks for a quarter pound, ended disappointed eatin it.
