  Went there for dinner, nice place, great steak... but here is why i a writing a review: Above the top service. Very professional. You expect that from a steak house, that my wife and i spent like $300 on. But Foh manager and bar tenders definatly worth more than 5 stars. So a few days later my 6 month pregnant wife was craving their sorbet. I raced accross town to get there at 9:58. Man at the front was so helpful, as soon as i told him what my situation was he practically ran to find someone to make it happen. Order that at the bar, they gave me the whole its late but we will do it for you shpeal, there was a miscommunication about what i wanted vs what they sell, but they accomodated me. Saved my week. Dont expect them to do this for everyone, but they got the spot as my new favorite steak house in town.

  Love this place. So friendly. If it's your first time they offer a free flight sampler. They have a great little grill called Bodegas with AWESOME food. If you live in Jacksonville and you haven't been here yet, you're wrong.

  Nice place to chill. Great brews, plenty of space to park and sit! There's a bar area or you can hang in the warehouse area.

  Always good service from a friendly face. Brandon is a great kid. Always a pleasure to see him. And as always amazing food made by Cely with La Bodega Original.

  I would give it 5 Stars if it wasn't for the location, and even trying to find out where to enter The Tap Room. I know they have a downtown location, but this was the first Bold City Brewery before the downtown location. I absolutely love the fact that they gave a Sampler of beer for free. That is unheard of in our beer tasting experiences. So based on the beer, and the customer service, it deserves five stars, it's just location and lack of space inside that made me take away a star. The service was great and even the returning customers make u love the place. I suggest posting some sort of signage to know where to go once some one arrives.
