  DO NOT GO HERE! You cannot go inside the restaurant. And once you're past a certain point in the drive-through, you're trapped in it. We waited 30 minutes in the drive-through to order 12 biscuits. It took another 15 minutes to reach the window and pay for them. Only after we paid did they tell us that they didn't have any biscuits. So they had us pull forward and park to wait for them, next to 4 other cars waiting for their food too. We then waited 15 more minutes before an employee came out to ask us what we ordered. Meanwhile, random homeless people keeping popping up out of nowhere and walking right by our car. Finally, 10 minutes later that same employee walked up to the car next to us to try to give them our 12 biscuits. Luckily, they declined to take our food, and we finally received our order, over an hour from the time we arrived.

  The services was fast. But I was disappointed with the food. I use to eat their often. The chicken taste old and dry. The blue berry biscuits was my favorite. But now they are bigger and not well bake. I was disappointed with all food that I purchased. The biscuits were bigger the dough in the biscuit was not well done. Bojangles used to be one of my family's places to eat. Please correct these problem.

  8:45am visit, and I'm glad I had to use the restroom before ordering bc the restroom was disgusting. The store had only been open since 7am, and I understand many places are understaffed; BUT, this was still unacceptable. No soap. No hand towels. Trashcan filled to the top. I don't imagine they have enough foot traffic to justify the amount of disarray (bc most people us the drive thru...) I spoke with the manager on duty, and her explanation was that they were short-staffed this morning..... Not only were the necessary items out of stock, but half the equipment is damaged! A store does not run out of everything at one time, so, I imagine these items have been out for more than one shift.... Needless to say, I did not order breakfast from here and I will not order anything from here in the near future. I canNOT imagine what the kitchen looks like. 🤢 #disgusted

  I went inside and ordered the 12 piece family meal around 4:15 today. I was told I had to wait for 20 mins. A young lady brought my food to my seat and told me she's going to get the fries. It's 6:34 and I'm ready to eat. This chicken look old, horrible, and burnt. Not the 1st time I was angry by what I was served at this location. No receipt was given either. They was a ton of receipts by the register just sitting there. My receipt was tossed aside by another worker who immediately did something with the register and went and sat back down to eat. On the way back now for chicken cooked the right way.

  My chicken was not cooked. When I cut open the chicken it was just red and bloody. Then I've been calling the store and the voice-mail is full. What's going on??? Are any managers available?? Can I get somebody to assist me please?? Other than the uncooked chicken, I must say the customer service was great inside. The young lady on the register was very nice! Myah I believe is her name. Great job and kudos!!!
