  Great place to grab an amazing burger. I'm picky when it comes to my choice of beef. And this place has a quality selection of grass fed beef and bison. You start off with your choice of potato then style. There's a ketchup bar with some uniquely surprising flavors.

  Boise Fry Company is a fun place to go with competitive prices and great food. The experience is unique. Pick your potato, pick your cut, and pick your salt and sauces. I'm a big fan of any place that includes bison on the menu and try the purple potatoes they're amazing!

  Wandered in sort of at random while on vacation. Food was awesome! It makes me wish there was one back home. A great spot to eat for a reasonable price.

  Fun selection of potatoes to choose for your fries. Makes you feel like your eating artisan french fries. It was a great stop late at night after drinking. My wife and I got an order of fries to share and they tasted great!

  They have a wide variety of fries and decent burgers. Many dip choices, but I honestly didn't like most of them. The floors were super slick. Standing in some areas, my feet would just slowly slide apart. Lawsuit waiting to happen. I informed an employee and they were well aware. I would fix that by whatever means necessary.
