  I switched to Boiler King after using the same servicing company for 10 years. I called in desperation after my normal company left me hanging with no heat and no responses to my calls. Carol took my call and was not only professional and helpful, but was an absolute pleasure to speak with. She was able to get someone out to me almost immediately. The technician, John, was prompt, neat, and professional. He took care of the problem quickly, did a few tweaks for no charge, and advised me on a few issues I was having. When the bill came I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was it reasonable, but they also gave me a senior discount. This was all over a year ago, and I have been using them ever since for all my heating and plumbing needs. I highly recommend them to everyone.
