  Pump Express is part of this larger company, Bogush Plumbing. We contacted Pump Express late last week with an emergency when BOTH of our grinder pumps stopped working! We are an animal hospital operating 24/7/365. Everyone from the dispatcher, estimator and technicians, to the boss (Rich, Rob & Craig) were professional, efficient, and above all, responsive! They were on site quickly, provided a clear estimate of the work, had everything in stock and arrived first thing Monday to repair and replace our pumps. Rich even fixed it so half way through the day we were able to use our washing machine which is crucial to our operations. He went out of his way to help us and he & Rob kept the work area clean and safe; this is where ALL of our equipment is to run the hospital and it's a small space! Highly recommend these guys Pump Express! Thank you again for everything!

  Needed my ice maker fixed and I am still waiting after almost a month. In the mean time we have had to buy bags of ice and ice trays.

  Company was hired by water company to fix backed up mainline. As soon as tech arrived he complained the entire time about how my plumbing was messed up and how he didn't think I really had a clog. He called his boss several times who urged him to already try to snake it. He opted to snake it the lazy way and of course it didn't work. I asked him if he could snake it through main pipe he said it would take him too long and he'd be here all day. He left. New company cane fixed my issue in 30min easy.
