  A friend and I worked out with Warren and we had an absolute blast! We met three times a week and Warren made meal plans for us based on what we liked. He came to our house which was awesome and he was always on time with a smile! His schedule is super flexible and easy for working girls. I would highly recommend Warren to anyone looking for a personal trainer!

  I have always been into things like ballet, barre, yoga, pilates, but I had to take a hiatus due to injury and chronic pain. I started working with Warren because I needed to help getting an exercise routine together and to get in shape for my wedding, but after a few weeks, I was hooked! Warren helped me get back into exercise and respected the pain. I just love getting stronger and feeling better. The only reason I stopped was because I had to move overseas. If you are new to exercise, want to exercise but have physical limitations, or want to amp up your current fitness routine contact Warren.

  I've trained with Warren for the past 7 months and it has been a great experience. He is very knowledgeable and caters the workouts and meal plan to each individual's needs and desired results. Warren is also very accommodating and can work with your schedule. Highly recommended & worth every penny.

  I was introduced to the workout class of Body's by Dubs by my employer as they offer this benefit at work. It is a 30 minute workout that works your entire body. I am losing weight and gaining muscle. I look forward to his classes every week. He modifies the exercises to fit each person's needs. With Warren by my side, I know I am well on my way to achieving the goals I have set out for myself. I highly recommend his class !!! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed !

  I HIGHLY recommend Warren Wilkins. With Warren's help, I was able to lose 10 lbs (118 to 108), tone up, and also get stronger in just 3 months. I have also managed to keep the weight off because of the lifestyle changes he helped me implement. Working out and losing weight is never REALLY easy, but I am honestly surprised at how Warren simplified it for me by tailoring workouts for my body. The workout sessions aren't crazy long and you actually look forward to going. Because of Warren, I have gotten compliments from everyone I know wanting to know my secret. He also helped me get rid of some of my cursed cellulite! As a side note: I also see Warren as a great personal friend now... he is a great person as well as a great trainer :)
