::I have been going to Body by Niisign for about five years. Nii is an inspiration and my personal guru, and he and his gym have become an important part of my life. His personal training is tailored not only to the individual, but to what the individual needs on a particular day. He works you harder than you ever imagined you could work, and pushes you right up to your limits. He believes in you and sees your potential to keep growing stronger in body and mind. His gym is incredibly well-equipped, with completely private bathrooms to change in. He keeps the whole place absolutely spotless and pristine. Women can feel completely comfortable here; it's an extremely welcoming place. All ages, all abilities work out here and feel safe and comfortable.
