  I have been faithfully practicing yoga at this center for about a year and a half. Felicia and Rob are so friendly and warm. Each session gives me a feeling of relaxation but also a whole body workout. The members of the Center are of all abilities and are supportive of each other. Today though, I got the best news from my doctor. My bone density has improved since last year. She feels that this is a direct result of the yoga! So besides being enjoyable times for me, I am also enjoying the medical benefits of yoga and exercise practice! I am so glad to have found the Stony Point Center and with results like this, I have every intention to continueand I encourage anyone else who has been considering an exercise program to give Felicia and Rob’s classes a try.

  This is my favorite yoga studio. Upon entering you are greeted with a warm hug. Instructed on different ways of warming your core . Full body stretching. Body tapping and meditation. A lot of energy work.Every one can participate in this class. Accommodations are provided for people with bad backs. I feel great at the end of each class, so much more relaxed and calm. After class we sit in a circle and talk while sipping wonderful hot tea. I highly recommend this class.

  I've been a member for almost a year. Before that I did not enjoy exercise of any kind and did not stick with any program. I have been coming faithfully because Felicia and Rob are "real" people, warm and welcoming. No two classes are alike so it keeps my interest. Totally nonjudgmental and adaptations are offered for those who have particular limitations. It's a great workout but relaxing at the same time! I would recommend Stony Point Body and Brain to anyone!

  Deciding to take classes here is one of the best decisions I've made in a long time! It's the perfect way to end the day when I get out of work. Not only am I in the best shape I've been in years, my mood and overall sense of well-being is also at an all time high. I've taken the peace I've found during class and applied it to my daily life to significantly reduce my stress levels. My sleep has been deeper and I wake up refreshed. I've been told that I have a certain "glow" about me that was not there before. I always look forward to walking in and receiving a warm welcome from Felicia and Rob. They are wonderful instructors, bright and full of energy. They have been there for me whenever I've needed their guidance, both inside and outside of class. The members are wonderful people and I've made some great friends throughout the months. I highly recommend you visit Stony Point Body & Brain and experience it for yourself!

  Through teaching yoga, meditation and relaxation techniques, Felicia and Rob's intentions are to give students the opportunity to heal, grow, and relax gracefully by learning to release tension in their minds and bodies. She encourages students to deepen their connection to their bodies, their energies and their minds all with a smile! :) The atmosphere is low key with an intimate feel. Felicia and Rob are truly gifted, caring teachers. I am grateful to have to have such an amazing place five minutes from home! Not only do I love Body n Brain but my children do as well. They look forward to their class every week. You will be part of a loving family once you join and feel better too! I am a truly blessed and lucky to be a part of this amazing place!
