::The person who does the cleaning on the second floor where the puppies are is very rude. I asked if I can see a pup that I was interested in. And his response was I can’t take him out unless your buying im like so how am I suppose to know if I want to buy if I don’t get to bond with the puppy. I wouldn’t want to buy from here since these employees obviously just want $$$$

::Store politeness is good usually have anything you need for your pets but all honesty i would never recommend getting your dog groomed there, at least not by the lady Evon. She has a horrible attitude she changes the price of grooming ,when iused to go there to get my shitzu groomed it was 55$ yet she charged me 75$ bcuz she states that my lil 4lb dog was to aggressive & she bit her smh. On top of all that she had a strong oder of weed coming from her . Idc whos smokes marijuana but if your gonna be handling pets & grooming them maybe a good idea not to do drugs it's dangerous inhumane & not fair to the pet if they end up with a cut or something of that nature. She made me feel uneasy & like I was in China town(nothing against Asians btw) but she tries to sell me dog products I initially thought it waa store products but she had told me every couple of months she has a table at the local flea market where she sells shampoos , conditioners ,collars ,chew toys ETC. I'm all for entrepreneurship but why all of the products she sells are the same exact things I could buy down stairs ? Maybe she gets a discount because she works there ? But everything she showed me was all things the store has for sale already. Kinda seems fishy if ya ask me . Oh and lemme not exclude the fact that I forgot my vaccination papers at home so she told me don't worry about it inxouls give her an extra 10$ dollars & assured me ahe would take care of it.🤔.Overall it a good store they just have a untrustworthy groomer working there I guess. I still buy my products from there but unfortunately I will NOT bring my dog to get groomed by Evon.

::Don't go to this place!!!!!!! I bought a dog There and WAS SICK!!!!!!!! .. was sick..... PARBO...I let them know.. And the next day the guy was sending me a picture of other dog .HE WAS TRYING to change the dog like is a product ... They don't care about animals........ they just care about money... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! ALSO THE GUY IS SUPER RUDE AND DIDN'T RETURNED MY MONEY .! Please adopt... Don't give money to this kind of stores..

::Got my 2 dogs from there 4 years ago. One looks like Hooch the other looks like the cop dog from K-9. Best dogs no health issues. Bob's treated us fine plus stood by the initial very check ups etc. One had a chest cold when we got him but after the vet he was fine. Both are still puppies inside.
