  Ashley was the kindest, most knowledgeable salesperson we delt with ALL day.. She made our experience memorable.   Mike and Katelyn were very helpful during the entire "furniture search" process. Mike was knowledgeable on all inventory and allowed us time to explore all sleeper sofa options without being pushy. We are very excited to receive our Malibu Sofa, which will be delivered and assembled by Bobs. Katelyn was able to schedule our delivery on our specific move in date and time, which was very important to us.

  I purchased a sofa, comfy chair with storage ottoman and occasional tables for my daughter, from Bob’s In Poughkeepsie yesterday. Marc, the Sales Associate who assisted us with our selections was such a pleasure to work with. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about furniture in general, gave us ideas, thoughts, options and could not have been more helpful or patient, as we did quite a few laps around the store. There’s a huge selection of beautiful pieces, every style, so much to choose from! Thank you, Marc, for a very enjoyable experience. We will most certainly be back to see you soon.

  100/10!! Bobs Discount Furniture is truly the best of the best! Impeccable customer service from the phone/front desk ladies, (especially Tiffany, what an absolute angel) super soft couch cushions, I mean what more could you possibly need! The beds have so many pillows! And don't get me started on the coffee table decor. Simply exquisite!!
