  We are new to Chicago and have never lived in a big city before. I had the pleasure of working with James and I was taken back by how wonderful he was not only in helping find what I needed, but giving great information about the city and all the great things a family can do. He wasn't pushy and gave us space to look around. Very knowledgeable, caring, and extremely helpful in many way, great with my son too. James made getting what we needed very simple and made us feel very welcome. I will always go here for the things I need.

  Peter was great! He was super friendly and knowledgeable, but not pushy at all. He gave us all the information we needed and allowed us as much time as we needed to talk and think things over. Would definitely go back for any other furniture needs!

  This is my first time doing anything like this my husband myself and my daughter went into the store Miranda or sales representative was very kind understanding and thorough. She was very helpful and knowledgeable while going through financing options. We had to try three different types and she stuck with me through the whole thing until we found one that worked. Thanks to Miranda I will have a brand new sectional sofa sleeper delivered on Wednesday! Thanks Miranda you're the best!!!

  Bob’s Discount Furniture has beautiful furniture at a really affordable price for the quality you get! There are plenty of friendly staff around to help you pick out what you’re looking for, and were happy to answer all of our questions. Our salesman was Tucker and he was approachable, friendly, attentive, and very informative. He let us know about the warranties and financing options just in case (even though we are lucky enough not to need the latter), and ultimately provided excellent customer service when we visited. The manager was also friendly and helpful towards us as well as his subordinates. I’m always happy to support companies that value both the customer and employee experience, especially since I myself came from the customer service/sales industries. I’ll be recommending Bob’s Discount to anyone who asks where I got my lovely furniture from. So excited for it to arrive soon!!

  Went in to grab a few pieces I saw online, and Deshawn was able to help me find everything I wanted. He also made great suggestions about pieces that complimented what I was already getting. It took me 2 hours to decide on everything, and he never rushed me to hurry my decision. The kids were definitely happy as they saw the ice cream and candy bar by the customer service desk. We intend to come back next month to finish grabbing a few more pieces, as they had a really great selection.
