  Must say I have never had such a great experience. My sales associate Grant was really helpful and patient. He was able to help me understand items I was looking at. He was also creative and gave me ideas on how to nicely furnish my home.

  Steve was the professional salesman that helped me as soon as i walked in the door. He was not pushy, but rather very helpful and laid back. Any questions my family and I asked, he helped. On my second time back i came out with a Saturday delivery for a beautiful bedroom and living room set. If you’re seeing this thanks Steve! And if you’re wondering if Bobs is the place to go, go but ask for Steve! Everyone else is also great. Thanks again Bobs in Paramus.

  Just purchased a beautiful dinning room table with Kristine. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The showroom had so many selections and she really made it an easy process. I recommend her for anyone looking for an easy going transaction, she had great recommendations and helped me plan out my vision. YOU CANT GO WRONG. Now just waiting on delivery and installation. I've purchased from this location before and was impressed. Make sure you go with their protection plan.. they stand by their word. I've had pieces replaced before.. free of cost 5 years later.   Kimberly was a great sales rep.. easy to talk to, not pushy, down to earth.. and then my boyfriend loooved the free coffee, candy and ice cream they offer their customers while you shop and do business. I got a beautiful dresser and 2 nightstands for 1k, and that included taxes, delivery, and the goof proof warranty. Can't go wrong at this Bob's location!

  I loved my experience here! What made it even better was that we had a great sales representative. His name was Peter Arendt and he never pushed anything on us, was very informative, and super kind. He made the experience very comfortable and enjoyable. We ended up buying our new couch with his help! Looking forward to making future purchases through Peter again for sure!
