  After my car broke down in WI 60 miles away from Minneapolis, I ended up taking my car to B&S downtown Minneapolis. This happened during g the Memorial Day weekend when every shop was closed, B&S were open for long enough hours to work in my my car. Thanks to the diligence of the professional service staff, I was able to get back on the road without any issues for the rest of my trip. This guys are the real deal. On top of that, their accommodating waiting area makes time go by fast. I’m very greatful for the service staff at B&S and would recommended to anyone.

  Steve is awesome! He is passionate about what he does and it shines through. He is great at explaining car issues and mechanics in a way that is comprehensible to a lay person, and he is transparent with pricing. He is non-aggressive and very understanding of customers' concerns and needs. B&S's always does a fine job of caring for my vehicle and I wouldn't entrust my car to any other. Ask about the Costco discount and join the World Rewards program. Enjoy your free car wash after service.

  Easy to work with and speedy service with excellent quality! I brought my car in for routine maintenance and had some questions. They were done in under an hour and answered every question I had in detail. You can tell they are and are happy to help! Highly recommended.

  I give five star because they only have five no ten sad, Gary is very good to me always polite he also give me treat to pick if i want to eat in store ,i have very old cheep car but that doesn't mater to him plus all auto service people good to me.I am 72 years with many health problem & Gary know .Now they have car ride he help me to go home and ride to pick me some time hard to have metro ride, and Gary always call me to update about car. I miss some good people left that's OK you still has very good people's.Daren is very good & polite when he give me ride i am happy he back he is polite to me some people don't like senior to sit in front when i told him he told me you sit in front . Gary always let me know when i come back. Thank you Gary for your support all the time & thank's to Daren for ride. Lord God Jesus Bless you always. PAM Pam

  These guys took great care of me from the towing to the service on my car. They were super-friendly and helpful, and best of all, the fix happened to be really cheap and easy! They did not try to up-sell me on anything-just told me exactly what they found and left it to me to decide. As someone who has zero understanding of auto-related things, I appreciate direct and honest service without a hard sell/pressure situation. Bobby and Steve’s have my future business.
