  I highly recommend Bob Moore over Bob Howard in the OKC metro area. The service is amazing and they will exceed your expectations. The latter should take a page out of Bob Moore's book and provide better customer service as well as vehicle service.

  Do NOT go to Bob Moore Infiniti! They are VERY dishonest! One of the WORST experiences buying a car! Salesman was great until I signed the papers. Finance guys where shady and tried everything thing in the book to trick and deceive us! I know car sales/finance people get a bad wrap before you enter the door, but they earned it at Bob Moore Infiniti! Over promise, try to "give" you something you don't want or asked for, and kick you to the curb as soon as you sign the papers! I would NOT recommend anyone go to Bob Moore Infiniti!!

  I had to go there for car repairs due to an accident from somebody else. The great customer service they have and how they deal with their customers are awesome

  We were very happy with our salesman Rodert he was amazing kind helpful. We are very unhappy with the financing dept we walked in approved from our bank but our credit was ran 6 times . Make sure if you walk in pre approved they don't do that. Also we gave them days to try to make us satisfied customers . The new van we bought was not detailed very well once the door was open side steps and the back was not cleaned at all. They had our van for almost 10 days the tag was wrong . Just not happy with this dealership.

  The service was really good. Relatively fast and the waiting area was nice. Tv was on and there was an awesome drink machine to make any kind of coffee for me and hot chocolate for my daughter. All of the staff was friendly and helpful!
