  Their service department here leaves a lot to be desired from. I go in once every 6 months for an oil change and they never reset my oil life indicator. I had asked for a multi point inspection as well which they gave but never went over anything just handed a laundry list off items that needed fixing. They mentioned leaks that I could not find on my inspection at home. The one area I did find oil was on the oil filter cover. Have had past trouble with them as well. The GM there is a nice guy but their service advisors not so much. I get much better service from my Acura dealer.

  It's only a life time oil change but I'm treated with professional care each time. My biggest regret is that they cannot service my car since its not a BMW. They did make an exception and service my brakes. For 15 years and 175000 miles I tried to fix the shimmy when I braked. I tried numerous dealers. But the BMW dealer is an expert. They replaced parts and 100000 miles later the brakes are still working perfectly with no shimmy. They are expert in the service they perform. Thank you.

  Charles was great to work with, not only he is professional and knowledgeable, but he is also patient and a great listener. Not once during the week long process, did he pressure us into making a decision or rushed us to purchase a car. On the final day of the transaction, we had an expected event that we thought would complicate things, but upon arriving to the dealership, Charles met us at the door, and assured us that he will figure things out and not to worry at all. By the end of the day, we were out in our beautiful BMW with huge smiles, feeling very happy and satisfied. We will make sure that Charles is our to go guy for any future purchases.   Beautiful dealership and courteous service. Went in to test drive a couple models and had a great experience. Sales associate was well-informed and helpful in answering my questions. Will be considering their selection and offerings.

  I feel welcome here and was happy with my purchase. Mark was very helpful. When he is there they never feel short staffed (no pun intended). He helped me out when buying my i3 and was able to take a bit off the price. If I go with BMW again he will be the person I talk to. The negative reviews seem to be window shoppers for the most part, oh well
