  I would highly recommend BMW Portland for both sales and service. Laurel, David P, and Luke have the sales process dialed in which couldn't have gone any smoother, and Rob makes the service experience painless. Couldn't ask for a better car buying and service experience. Thanks!

  My son is living in Portland and needed repairs on his (my old) 2005 BMW 530i. He had some work done on it with a local mechanic that didn't work out as planned. I have owned BMW's for over 15 year and understand the complexities of keeping them in running order. The Service Advisor, Will Wahlin was excellent to work with. They inspected the car and he explained clearly what need to be done. Unfortunately the damage may have been caused by the previous shop and while BMW could repair it, Will was honest and told me how to best handle the repairs with the previous shop. I'm typically cynical with auto repairs but the experience with Will and BMW Portland was one I am walking away with a pleasant ending to a difficult situation

  Will was helpful, thorough and understanding of my frustration of having to make 2 trips. Of course, I enjoyed the 2018 loaner car. Good marketing letting clients drive a sweet ride while their car gets fixed. I really do like BMW! The entire staff provided kind and helpful support. Very efficient process. Thanks!

  I bought my 2012 X6 here in 2012. I just took it in for an oil change and to find out why the check engine light was on. This is the best experience I have had here by far! I arrived at 8:45 am to drop off my car. Within 15-minutes, they had my vehicle checked in, went over what they would be doing, and issued me a loaner car. I was out the door by 9:00. I received a call from Dan @ 2:30 that my car was finished. The check engine light indicated a repair item which they covered under a warranty. I am heading there now to pick up my car. Very impressed by the service level and warranty coverage. Painless service experience.

  If you love your BMW as I do, AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP like the plague! This is a Chrysler dealership rebranded with the Roundel. Service staff doesn’t know the vehicles they’re supposed to be experts on (they verified my front differential wasn’t leaking. It’s a REAR WHEEL DRIVE CAR!). They blatantly lied on the service report for things they “said” they performed. Charged for a diagnostic that I said I didn’t want, and when I explained there were several things on their “comprehensive” inspection that were inaccurate, the service advisor asked me to leave! And I was being polite! This dealership is a far cry from the award winning one it used to be when it was Rasmussen BMW. I’ve owned 7 BMW’s including 4 new since 1999 purchased from Rasmussen. Never again! This got 1 star because zero isn’t an option.
