  Business must be really good. If you want to buy a car, it's hard to get a return call from someone other than a staff salesperson. Stopped in to see the GM, I understood that he was "too busy to see me", but I left details to schedule an appointment. Apparently he is too busy for that too. There are more dealers in town (or regionally) who might appreciate more revenue... so, next. I am buying more than one car too.

  The service on my 7 series was done timely and most interactions were pleasant. however when I came to pick up the vehicle, I got the paperwork at the desk and the lady told me they will bring it around at the roundabout. After 30 mins no one showed up. I had to go back in and ask about my vehicle, everyone had left from the service department but one person but luckily that one person was able to get my car, he had no idea what happened. If I didn't go in and ask for my car, the service department would have closed and I would have been stuck!

  I had my BMW i3 little electric car serviced and Tyler’s people did more than expected. We have been leasing 2 new cars every 3 years for the past 18 years and would never change dealers now. The after service Is impeccable, reliable and thorough. All the employees are friendly and professional. Thanks again BMW.

  I had the opportunity to have my vehicle repaired at the shop as we had an issue with our vehicle. The service department was very efficient and informative. Rich was very helpful and provided us with several options. The vehicle was done in a timely manor and the vehicle was washed upon pick up. Thanks for the great service.

  This was the best car dealership experience of my life. Our broken BMW was towed in from Arizona (broke down on long road trip) and we had to get back home to Southern California as quickly as possible (work, school...). The service manager Chad made it happen sooner than expected for a great price that included some BMW good will rebate. They really took care of us here. Great place. Quick help. Excellent service. No complaints!
