  Does not communicate, nor does he do what he says he will. Does not show up when promised, does not answer phone calls. Our pool is completely green one week after opening it, which was hard to get him to do. but he apologized for the delays in responding to our phone calls. Said it wouldn't happen again. That lasted about 3 days - as he's back to ignoring our calls and requests for service. We're suppose to get weekly service. He has not shown up in 2 weeks. Hopefully he doesn't send a bill, cause he's not getting paid - period. Do not use, find someone else who is reliable.
