  I have called this company many times and each time they have done a perfect job and completely fixed the problem. I am completely satisfied with their services! Great team!

  ABSOLUTELY Terrible Experience do not use these guys. Me and my wife had bought our new gas stove top and we liked to have it installed by a professional to connect it to a gas line. I had taken a work day off and waited for them all day and called me at the time they were supposed to be at my house that they had to reschedule til the next day. I was not happy I had to stay home from my job again for this simple job. The technician came then next day and was very polite and friendly and simply connected the stove to the gas line. He quoted us at 379 dollars! I called and tried to argue that the job was very simple and the technician was there for less than an hour should not cost no more than 150 dollars and all they offered was to take away the 59.99 service fee. Warning you now if you are in the Queens area use HUB they are much more professional and their customer service is much more reliable.

  Horrible. The Service Man was polite and friendly. The company however quoted us $59.99 to access the problem. Supposedly, if they fix the problem, the fee goes towards the final bill. The Service-man accessed the problem and a part was needed, so he went to the local parts store. Quote we received from Bluewater for the part was $425, so we said, "no thanks!" Service-man came back and left us with the old part, nothing fixed and A BILL for over $400. Incredible! BlueWater told us the main value in the cost of the part was the knowledge to understand what it was exactly. Told him we had the internet for that. Looked it up and in five minutes found it online for $150. Bottom line: expect to be up-charged for everything. A lot!

  Years ago, Roger worked in my area (upper Manhattan) for the New York City Housing Authority. Roger is very mindful about what he does & he takes his work very seriously. I have been doing this kind of work for over thirty years & I was very glad to see someone as interested in doing top quality work as I was when Roger worked for the New York City Housing Authority. Roger walks the walk. You can trust him.
