  Extremely unprofessional and very aggrivating process. Sent our items to be embroided and printed in August. September.... nothing, October nothing... Called many times to only to be ignored, no texts or phone calls were returned. Had to block my number so they would eventually pick up. Was promised for 4 weeks it was going to be sent out. Finally received them November 15 to find out 1 of our items was not done... sent back blank with no reason or message why. Quality of work was fair. Quality of service however, I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. This is not something that should have taken 3 long drawn out months. Very sad to do business and treat your loyal customers this way...
