  Attractive studio. Welcoming team. Knowledgable, passionate instructors. Broad selection of classes throughout the day at various times. While I am a hot vinyasa yogi and hot yoga is not offered in this studio, I appreciate Blue Lotus's perspective and approach to the yoga practice. For those not interested in the high heat and humidity--this is the place to go for yoga.

  Really great energy as soon as you enter! I'm not a regular attendee as I prefer my home practice but when I do, I leave more settled than when I arrived. The teachers are very welcoming as well as perceptive. Something I love about Blue Lotus is that when you check in at the front they have wooden pins with hands-on assist on one side and no assist on the other side. It's great way to let them know what I'm looking for during a class just based on how it's flipped next to my mat.

  I had been going to Blue Lotus off and on for a few years and always enjoyed the classes. However, I became an addict when I found the Early Bird class at 6:30am and have been going religiously for almost a year. I'm more of a morning person, so this class is perfect for my schedule and desired level of intensity. Both of the teachers (Suzanne, Tuesdays / Christy, Thursdays) encourage strength and confidence in each student. In fact, I've had positive experiences with every teacher at Blue Lotus and recommend this studio to anyone looking to practice yoga in Raleigh.
