  Blu Dot is exceptional. Thoughtfully designed pieces, top notch quality of materials, all add up to an incredible value. We have purchased multiple items and each are beautiful additions to our home. The entire team at the Chicago store is fantastic. Frankly, my experience with the team has been the best customer experience I have ever had in a retail environment. This company truly stands behind their product. Duke in particular has been outstanding - thank you. I love the furniture and the CS is even better!

  Nice designs, but if you look close you can see the items are not made well. Materials and construction are poor.
