  This florist is outstanding. I can't recommend strongly enough. The staff is professional, courteous, and committed to excellence in a way that you just can't find with a national chain. You can tell the people in this company really love what they do -- and are truly committed to customer satisfaction. If you go with Blooming Expressions, you won't regret it. Best florist in Phoenix as far as I'm concerned.

  I ordered flowers this morning for my sister and they were delivered by 10:30. They were the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. Well done! Everyone who comes into the office wants to know where they are from. I will use Blooming Expressions again and again! I would give them 6 stars if I could

  Blooming Expressions Flowers is The Best Flower Shop In Phoenix AZ Hands Down!! The Owner takes Pride in Her Work and is extremely creative in her Presentations, if you would like any type of Floral Arrangement for personal or weddings alike, you will be Pleased Everytime!!! Can't say enough about them. They are Awesome!!!

  Wonderful experience. I'm so picky about flowers, the arrangement I ordered as a "get well" gift was absolutely stunning (recipient sent a picture). Orchids and hydrangea that were reasonably priced, delivered promptly and most importantly: truly beautiful. Thank you!!
