::I visited DC in June of 2015 and found this gem of a jewelry shop. The prices were fantastic and the items were so interesting and beautiful. Not something you would find in other shops. Needless to say I did all my birthday gifts and Christmas shopping for myself, my girlfriends and my mom in under $200.... and the owner threw in a little gift for me too. I was so impressed by this shop that I actually want to visit DC again just to go there!!!

::This place ROCKS! It has everything I couldn't find everywhere else! I almost walked past Bloom because their merchandise is beautiful. So I assumed it would be pricey... but it's not! Blooms Jewelry and accessories are well made, and will not turn as quickly as Lou Lou's items. The owners are very nice! The lady there helped me out a lot and was very friendly! Bloom has a new customer in me! Thank you!
