::So pleased that I found this class taught by Sally! She leads a high energy workout with fun songs and choreography throughout. There is a strength training portion of class too so you are able to work more than cardio. Great combination of classic hip hop songs and current hits. I always leave feeling better than I did when I walked in. Highly recommend!

::Really enjoy the hip hop dance classes at Block 21 Fitness. My instructor Sally is really experienced and makes the class a lot of fun. She has an upbeat attitude and has great dance skills. I really get my heart rate up every time and am having fun doing it. I joined this class not knowing what to expect and was looking for a good cardio workout. Although I have an unusual work schedule, this hip hop dance class is offered 3x/week. If you're looking for a fun and intense workout which builds up a sweat try Sally's class! Have fun.

::Block21 is the best night of the week! Sally is fantastic - her energy and smile keep you going throughout the entire 50 minute class. The class is so fun, I completely forget I am getting a workout...until I am dripping with sweat! I also end up with great moves for Saturday night dance parties!

Sally is a fantastic instructor (encouraging and helpful in breaking down the steps) and the music is great. No matter how I come to class, I always leave feeling energized and happy. ::I'm so glad I found Block21! The atmosphere is fun, there's a great selection of hip hop music, and the club lighting makes your dance moves look fly -- even if they're a work in progress. Sally is a positive, encouraging, and high energy instructor and the routines have the perfect mix of challenge to keep it interesting and simplicity to help you feel like you got this.
