  Amazing customer service, very professional. I was helped by Lindsay and Gennie. They took care of my taxes and gave me advice on what I can do better.

  I came in with little notice and got greeted with a smile and a hand shake. Gennifer took care of me and got my 2016 taxes fixed so I got a Max amount needed .I'm happy and will be back as I have been for the last 5 years. 10 out of 10 on service and knowledge.

  The H&R Block advisors are exceptional. Bill Mertens was thorough & took the time to explain every aspect of my tax return. Keep up the excellent work!

  BILL MARTENS HAS BEEN MY TAX AVISOR FOR OVER 10 YEARS. HE IS BEYOND EXCELLENT. HE IS THOROUGH AND CAREFUL WHILE GETTING YOU THE LOWEST TAX POSSIBLE TAX. I MOVED FROM CHANDLER TO SO. CALIFORNIA AND KEPT BILL AS MY ADVISOR. USE HIM AND BLOCK ADVISORS!!

  Hated it!! Had a 4.45PM appointment and was made to wait until 5.30PM, I walked out at 5.35PM because my consultant had not even bothered to tell me how long more I would have to wait. We just sat there waiting and waiting and waiting. Nobody bothered to even tell us how long more we should wait. I will find a place that had a tad bit of professionalism. Not a run down, low lying, unprofessional place like this. Customer service is less than ZERO.
