  I ordered my first ring from Bliss 3 years ago....and I have loved it and treasured it from the moment I slipped it onto my finger. I was so impressed with the attention to detail and care that Bliss and her team put into the ring....and also touched by the effort they put into making it a joyful and special experience for the customer. I ordered my second ring a couple of months ago - I couldn't resist collecting another beautiful ring - and had the exact same wonderful experience. It just arrived and I couldn't adore it more. Bliss's rings are truly unique works of art!

  Summary: Beautifully designed rings and second-to-none customer service! Would recommend to everyone! We scheduled a trip up to NYC for a weekend of ring shopping and had lined up multiple appointments with different designers including Bliss. When I scheduled the appointment with Bliss, she personally reached out and set up a quick phone call to get some background on us and our ring preferences. This call immediately set her apart from the other designers we were looking at and made the in-person meeting productive because she already had an idea what we were looking for. The in-person appointment was delightful and Bliss was very patient, showing us different stones and designs. We worked with Bliss to design a truly unique and amazing nested engagement ring + wedding band set-up. We ended up cancelling the rest of our appointments for the day and celebrating because Bliss had nailed it in our first meeting! Throughout the rest of the process, Bliss was very engaged and kept me up to date on the ring's status and when I could expect it. Once the design was complete, she sent me her sketches digitally so that I could get them printed and framed, which was just an awesome bonus to an already amazing process. Needless to say, when the ring arrived, it was absolutely breathtaking. Every detail was perfect and was exactly what we were hoping for! Could not be happier!

  It really was a pleasure working with Bliss to find the perfect engagement/wedding ring set. We had been looking for quite a while, but could never find exactly what we wanted until we came across Bliss. She really made the whole process comfortable, easy, and stress free, and I absolutely cannot recommend her enough. I eagerly look forward to working with her again in the future. Thanks Bliss!   Cannot recommend Bliss enough!! From the moment my fiance contacted her to purchase my engagement ring and wedding band, he felt at ease in an otherwise anxiety producing situation. Bliss truly cares about her clients, and she and her Production Manager Motomi have gone above and beyond to make us happy! I absolutely adore my ring!
