  I went in and tried on a few wigs. After making my choice I went home. 2 days later I went to put the wig on and they gave me the wrong wig. So I had to wait until I was free the following week to return it. When I got there I explained everything and the girl who sold me the wig remembered. When she went to get the correct wig, they were sold out! When I asked the manager for my money back she said I had 3 days to return the wig and I should have checked! I told her all I had to do was pick it out, the staff should make sure I had the correct wig. So I asked for a store credit and she told me she couldn't help me I needed to come back and talk to the owner. After explaining that I had a job like she did and would be at work!!!! She said nothing, I don't know. Beware for the screw ups and store policy. Open your items before you leave because you will be stuck with them. Bad business. I hate to say it but I had that same "El Valle" feeling. The feeling that I didn't speak the lauguage to get the service!

  My experience in this store was amazing. You have all the beauty supplies and hair supplies you need. From many different eyeliners to so many foundation and contouring kit. From shampoo to amazing wigs. The service I got there was wonderful. I was spoken to gently and they have manners. It was so clean and organized unlike other beauty stores I've been to. This store was just so amazing.
