  Remodeling is going on so hopefully when that gets done it'll look better and not have all the buckets around the place collecting water

  As a member for more than six years, I workout at my local Blink in Paramus, NJ, 3-4 times weekly. At the conclusion of my 45 minute workout this morning (May 22, 11:35 AM to 12:20 PM), I was astounded to find the lock on my locker had been cut and all the contents, including valuables, removed. I was told this was done because of ongoing construction. The fact that the staff gave NO WARNING regarding the use of lockers - no announcement was made, no notice posted or given - and cut my lock without affording me ANY opportunity to unlock and remove the contents myself, demonstrates a stunning lack of care and cocern for the client. Again, I was there for only 45 minutes. Very disappointed.

  Great gym -lots of high quality equipment. Always clean and well maintained. Really nice staff.

  When I first joined I joined at the Lodi location. I was very excited. When I walked in to this one to check out how this place looked the staff gave me a weird look and just got an off vibe from them, it was the highschool clique kind of vibe. (this place was closer to my job so i thought it was more convenient) But after that sullied my view on that location I never stopped in UNTIL I had to cancel my membership. The lady at the front desk was very terse and was always on her phone. Seemed fresh out of high school or just lacked people skills. She had me cancel but she did it incorrectly and caused blink to pull out the maintenance fee even when it says on my paperwork that it wasnt going to.

  I have been going here since high school when it first opened and as a college graduate a year out I still love it. It suits my purpose and now I have had a trainer for a year from here. I've always had great customer service, have rarely had to wait for equipment, the place is always clean and it's at an amazing deal and close to my home. I wish they had a pool, but for 16$ a month I can't be mad! Definitely recommend for college kids looking for a cheap gym in between school breaks. Recommend for anyone looking to do general work outs and not feel judged. I wouldn't recommend for anyone looking for a buff body building gym experience as this is more casual and has an accepting vibe. Love it!
