I went in with a broken roller shade that needed replacing figuring that would be the easiest way to re order. Was met with an attitude and refusal of taking the time (5 minutes) to measure this broken shade. Any professional would know if they would rather not measure all the original ordering information is on a sticker on the product itself. I walked out and gave the five hundred dollar sale to Lowes. It took them 5 minutes to complete the order. I will never consider using this company again.

Impressed with their commitment. we had a rough start when my original order was not right. But the store manager really committed to making things right, and I ended up with beautiful shades that I am very happy with. The installer Daniel was terrific. I will return to order more shades in the future.

After my shopping experience with Blinds to Go I would not recommend it to anybody I know. I explained the sales representative what I wanted (rollers with a cord) and what I didn't want (cordless roller), making clear that I didn't know the names of the different types of roller mechanisms. When confirming the order, we went through the details, he mentioned that the rollers I was buying all came with cords to lift up and down, and I signed trusting what he said (again, I didn't know what the technical name of the products meant). When I received the order, 4 out of 6 rollers I bought came cordless. I called to warn about the mistake and the sales representative told me that there was nothing they could do, as in the order said I bought Spring rollers. I reminded him of what we had discussed on the shop, all the times I mentioned I didn't want cordless rollers; and the only answer I received was that I signed the order so there was nothing they could do. I felt completely scammed. In addition, the first time the installer came to my home, 1 roller had a missing bracket and another one didn't bring the roller cover. The installer guy left home saying I was going to be contacted by BTG soon to schedule a new date for them to install what was missing. 3 weeks after, I had to call to claim, as nobody had contacted me. The installer guy came again, and left without installing anything, as he realized that the shop gave him the same troubled materialas he couldn't install the first time. Again, had to call again the shop because nobody contacted me. After almost a month of the initial install date, I finally got all the rollers installed properly. Not the ones I wanted though, but the ones that the sales representative decided to put in the order.

Arthur, our salesperson, patiently spent well over an hour with us considering our requirements and helping us to select the appropriate blinds and shades. Pete, the installer, was friendly and efficient, installing everything flawlessly within minutes. This is one of the few perfect experiences I have had with any business, and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
